These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Twotap Digital Art Summit website, registration, live sessions, replays (where offered), and related services (collectively, the "Summit") operated by Freya Illustration FZCO Ltd.("we," "us," or "our").

1. Acceptance

By registering for or using the Summit, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Summit.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to register. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

3. Free and paid access

Free summit registration provides access to live sessions during the event window as described on the site. Optional VIP or paid products, if offered, are subject to separate checkout terms on our payment provider. Prices, inclusions, and refund windows are shown at the point of purchase.

4. Content and intellectual property

Summit sessions, recordings, slides, bonus materials, and branding are owned by their respective creators or Freya Illustration FZCO Ltd.. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly re-broadcast session content without written permission, except where we explicitly allow personal use.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to harass speakers or attendees, scrape the site, attempt unauthorized access, or use the Summit for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or remove access for violations.

6. Third-party tools

The Summit may link to or embed third-party services (email, analytics, checkout, community platforms). Your use of those services is subject to their terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Summit is provided for educational and inspirational purposes. We do not guarantee specific artistic, career, or financial outcomes. Content reflects speakers' views and experience, not professional advice tailored to you.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Freya Illustration FZCO Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Summit. Our total liability for any claim related to the Summit is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD $100 if you used only free access.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
